Manage specific needs
Taking into account the diversity of a class is a major challenge for the profession today. Whether it is to understand the disorders of some students, particular social situations or to manage in a general way the needs and rhythms of each student in an already overloaded schedule, resources exist to equip themselves and think differently in the classroom.
